FAQs


Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries around the world. We currently do not ship to Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia or Tunisia.

Are you prices in GBP?

All listed prices are in GBP and country sensitive to prevailing currencies.

Are duties and taxes included?

Yes, for the UK and Europe. All other territories subject to local duties and taxes.

Where is my package?

For all shipped packages, we send the tracking number in an e-mail.

What if I need to change my address?

You cannot change your address once the order is placed, however in such circumstances please send us a mail and we will try to assist.

What is your return policy?

We have a 28- day return policy. All sale items are final. The items should be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags and original packaging.

How do I exchange my order?

We suggest that you return your original purchase for a refund before ordering in a new size or colour. Once the return parcel has been processed, and your refund issued, you will receive a notification e-mail. You can then re-order whenever is convenient.

How do I return a gift?

Send a message to info@nin3lives.com and include any information you have (order number, item, name of person who ordered, etc.). Only non-sale items purchased from NIN3LIVES.com are eligible.

 

Shipping Info

Domestic and international orders are sent by Royal Mail tracked.

Shipping Processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, 8 am to 3 pm, excluding major holidays, and are shipped 1-3 business days from when an order is placed. Please allow an additional 1-6 days for delivery in Europe and up to 6 weeks for international shipping addresses. The Royal Mail 1 Day, 2 Day or 3 Day shipping options are solely estimated transit times AFTER your order leaves our facility. Selecting 1 Day is not a guarantee you will receive your order in one day. If you are unsatisfied with the actual transit time, you will unfortunately have to take it up with Royal Mail as we have no control of this.

Damaged Items

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. It is up to you to track your package and ensure you are there to receive it.

We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your order. If you want to return any item for any reason, you can return it for a full refund. No refunds/returns for headwear. All return items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags and in the original packaging. All sale items are final.

Returns

You must e-mail customer service at info@nin3lives.com within 15 days of receiving your order, prior to shipping anything back. Only items purchased at NINELIVESAPPAREL.COM can be returned. Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to NIN3LIVES, NIN3LIVES will not be held accountable for any lost packages.
